The Geothermal Forge Halls are the primary industrial district of [[Ironshade Hold]] — a complex of interconnected forge chambers running along the mountain's primary geothermal vein, deep inside the rock where the heat from below is not ambient but structural, a design condition rather than a side effect. The chambers produce the heavy machinery, structural components, and durable hemotech parts that the rest of the continent depends on. They have been in continuous operation since the Hold's founding. The roar of the Halls is audible throughout most of [[Ironshade Hold]]. Residents stop hearing it within their first week. Visitors never entirely do.
