The Verge is the annual 10-day inter-coalition festival erected each year by the Duskcrag Concord on the bleeding edge of the Wastes. For ten days it becomes neutral ground for trade, diplomacy, and intrigue that cannot happen inside coalition borders. When the festival ends, the structures are dismantled and the land returns to desolation.

Core Districts & Quest Hubs
- The Grand Plaza — Central open area for public events and auctions. Quest Hub: The Brass Bell (large open-air tavern pavilion with a massive brass bell).
- The Trade Circle — Main trading and relic exchange district. Quest Hub: The Crimson Ledger (tented trading post).
- The Council Ring — Secure diplomatic meeting area. Quest Hub: The Silver Pavilion (guarded diplomatic tent).
- The Craftward — Prototype demonstration area. Quest Hub: The Spark & Coil (workshop-tent).
- The Outer Ring — Security perimeter and camp area. Quest Hub: The Iron Stake (outdoor camp with fires and stalls).
Atmosphere and Role
For ten days the Verge becomes a pressure-cooker of opportunity and danger. Coalition flags fly side by side while relics and secrets change hands. When the tenth day ends, the dwarves dismantle everything and the land reverts to the Wastes.
